Dr. Timothy Wambunya holds a BA degree in Theology, a Masters in Philosophy, and a PhD in Paremiology. Tim is an experienced board and council member with 20 years of intercultural and international working experience heading, directing, and managing diverse people and institutions. Tim seeks to contribute his many years of experience in strategic development, fundraising, and partner management gained on Non-profit humanitarian and poverty relief boards.

Mr. Polycarp Ombati graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Since graduation, Mr. Polycarp has been involved in various ventures and private business practices in the insurance, automotive, real estate, and supply chain management. Mr. Polycarp has been supporting Medical camps and is passionate about donating and supporting underprivileged members of society.

Having realized that medical attention is the biggest need of rural communities , Joseph has pursued his passion to give back to the community since retirement. He has teamed up with others of similar mind to organize medical camps since 2014. Joseph is also passionate about giving back and volunteering where activities involve the lesser members of the society. He is also a founder member of the Rotary Club of Mombasa North Coast.

Mrs. Daliah Welds Mckenzie has worked in the civil service for many years and participated in many charity events and fundraising projects. Mrs. Daliah brings onboard a wealth of experience acquired through her involvement in these two sectors. Mrs. Daliah states that; “God has blessed me with gifts and talents, I would like to utilize them for this cause. With like-minded people together we can make a great impact on others”.

Carole Stewart serves as a Board Member of Health Focus Africa and as the organization’s Activity and Visual Design Manager. She brings a Christ-centered heart for service, a passion for community outreach, and a lifelong dedication to using her God-given gifts in support of mission and healing. Carole holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University (Class of 1989), with additional studies in Photography and Graphic Design. An artist by calling, she lives by the conviction “Live, Breathe, Draw,” using creativity as a ministry tool to communicate truth, hope, and compassion. A devoted follower of Christ, Sabbath keeper, and truth seeker, Carole is deeply grounded in Scripture and guided by her faith in both life and leadership. She is a mother, daughter, sister, and friend who values service, stewardship, and obedience to God’s calling. Her work helps visually express Health Focus Africa’s mission to bring healing, dignity, and hope to vulnerable communities. Inspired by Revelation 14:12, Carole seeks to serve faithfully with patience, integrity, and love.
