Polycarp Ombati graduated from City University of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Thereafter he attended Ramapo College of New Jersey were he earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He is the current Chairman of Virginia Diaspora Association for the last Eleven Years. On December 1st 2018 Polycarp was honored by the Kenyan Ambassador to the USA as a diaspora leader at the Annual KCFA Dinner. Since graduation Polycarp has been involved in various ventures and private business practices in the insurance, automotive, real estate and supply chain management. Mr. Polycarp is passionate about giving to the underprivileged members of the society. The world today needs change makers, those who will step out of their comfort zones to bring good to those who will otherwise suffer need. The key to success, fulfilment, prosperity, and a life of abundance is ‘giving’. The world needs more people who can give their all to aid in the betterment of society by adding value to other people’s lives through selflessness. The good you give to the world will return to you in abundance. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. No one has ever become poor by giving.

Having realized that medical attention is the biggest need of rural communities , Joseph has pursued his passion to give back to the community since retirement.He has teamed up with others of similar mind to organize medical camps since 2014. Joseph is also passionate about giving back and volunteering where activities involve the lesser members of the society. He is also a founder member of the Rotary Club of Mombasa North Coast.
